• Dual STARVIS 2 Image Sensors – The VIOFO A229 Plus is a front and rear dash cam equipped with two Sony STARVIS 2 IMX675 sensors. Compared to previous STARVIS sensors, this setup delivers significantly improved dynamic range and low-light sensitivity, reducing noise and motion blur for clearer night footage from both cameras.

• HDR Recording Front and Rear – Dual-channel HDR enhances detail in high-contrast scenes and fast-moving traffic, helping capture license plates and road details more reliably in challenging lighting conditions.
  Note: Front camera recording at 1440P 60fps is not available when HDR is enabled.

• Dual-Channel 1440P Video – Records in 2K resolution on both the front and rear cameras for sharp, high-definition footage. The front camera supports up to 60fps for smoother motion capture, accurate color reproduction, and balanced exposure in daylight driving.

• Hands-Free Voice Control – Control key functions using voice commands, including locking video files, taking photos, switching Wi-Fi on or off, and viewing front or rear cameras. Audible alerts notify you of setting changes or memory card issues, allowing you to stay focused on driving.
